Adaptive Planning Product Editions

To meet a wide range of needs, Adaptive Planning is offered in three editions:

  • Express Edition. Designed for small companies and teams, this free, collaborative budgeting and forecasting solution supports basic expense and revenue planning.
  • Corporate Edition. Designed for small and mid-sized companies, this full-featured solution includes all the features in Express Edition plus additional capabilities for budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis, and data integration.
  • Enterprise Edition. Designed for mid-sized companies and divisions of larger corporations, this comprehensive solution includes all the capabilities in Corporate Edition plus features for managing more complex requirements on a greater scale.

All editions are available on-demand. Express and Enterprise Editions are also available on-premise.

User Types

Additionally, for Adaptive Planning Corporate and Enterprise Editions, there are two types of users: Full Users and Review Only Users.

  • Full Users include administrators and all end-users that are involved in inputting information, such as budget managers.
  • Review Only Users are individuals who can review the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes from a management perspective by creating and viewing reports, and who can participate in workflow (in the Enterprise edition). These users cannot input data into sheets and templates.
